Crow Valley birds need protection

IT is not the Crow Valley firing range that makes Camp O'Donnel in Capas, Tarlac, an important area but its real crows, hawks and other bird species that residents fear they may not see anymore soon. Jo Clemente reports on this "extremely high critical" conservation area.
